HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
We typically take between 1 to 2 working days to process your order for shipping. For normal mail for off-peak period (i.e excluding public holidays and Christmas seasons), delivery to customer's mailbox usually takes about 2 to 3 working days. For Singpost registered mail, delivery usually takes about 3 to 4 working days. For other methods of shipping, kindly contact us at service@myprecioustots.com for advise.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
In the unfortunate event that if any item needs to returned for exchange owing to a manufacturer's defect, shipping will be at the customer's own expense, within 5 days of receipt, in its original packaging and unused condition. kindly contact us at service@myprecioustots.com for advise.
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All transactions are in Singapore Dollars Local Singapore order: Paypal and Major credit cards and Debit cards accepted via Stripe secured payment gateway.
